SABOTAGE 🚨 PS VR2 Players Alert

Don’t be alarmed, beans… it’s not a late April Fools’ joke. We promise!

Remember how we announced that Among Us VR is going to get rebranded into Among Us 3D on April 10th, literally just hours ago?

Whelp… a little sabotage may have occurred, and the update is live early for PlayStation VR2. Kind of. Congratulations on spoilers but also oops.

Here’s what this means for you PlayStation beans:

The new in-game Store is now visible… it just doesn’t actually work yet.

You’ll be able to navigate around the store and browse some of the cosmetics, but the actual new in-game currency needed to purchase these items isn’t functioning yet. Trying to purchase some will lead to an error message. Gotta love error messages. ⚠️

Some cosmetics will be incorrectly priced. 🌟 Like… late stage capitalism incorrectly priced. 😖

Please don’t fear. We are ABSOLUTELY NOT going to charge you 9999 Stardust for a cosmetic or bundle. Inflation got hands.

Matchmaking may be wonky until April 10th.
We’re not trying to play favorites here, but the rebrand update only got pushed early for PlayStation VR2. This does, unfortunately, mean that until other platforms are caught up, crossplay functionality isn’t available.

In only a few days you can reconnect with your fellow beans on other headsets. We appreciate your patience and understanding! Distance makes the Impostor grow fonder and all that? Maybe? 😓

We’re super sorry for any inconvenience or emotional damage that this may have caused. But know, all will be resolved on April 10th.
